Partisan foes now friends?

Senator Bob Menendez, a Democratic Senator and on the cusp of being charged with corruption by the Department of Justice. Typically news about the downfall of a political nemesis would be something that the Republicans would be ecstatic and cheering endlessly, while pointing fingers and looking for the freshest of Scarlet letters to pin upon his lapel. Yet something strange is happening in this case, instead of the usual round of bob and marcoattacks, the Republican colleagues are actually setting aside partisanship and coming to the defense of the Senator? Is this some sot of miraculous goodwill? Have they set aside all differences? Or is is it that they simply can take this event and have it seem like the Obama Administration is bearing a grudge? The Supreme Court vs. Congress: Who has Damaged America More?

Who is the most corrupt? Which branch of government has done the most damage? Yes while the Executive Branch from 2001-2008 was a source of devastation the last 8 years have not necessarily featured the same outright fascist imperialism (despite what some may think). Instead the last 8 years has featured a battle royale between the other two scalesbranches of Government Congress and the Supreme Court. Each of these branches in the last 8 years has brought forth their own little bit of disaster and has negatively impacted American society. So let us take a closer look at who has fucked the people the most!

The time has come to free our politics from Lobbyists. Year in and out, unelected individuals, cozy up to our elected representatives. They come bearing gifts and perks, they take advantage of the soft ethics of the Washington crowd to weasel themselves into our policy making.
